ADMIN ASSISTANT

Role:  Administration Officer

Grade:            4

Hours:  18 per week

Location: This position is based at our Mind Mosaic Child and Family Therapies at Ladyburn Business centre in Greenock.

Reports to: Sandra Boyle, Director of Children’s Services.

 

Role: This post requires an experienced administration officer. The role of the administration officer will be to be responsible for ensuring all administrative support to the service is provided in an efficient and effective manner.

Main tasks and responsibilities will be premises and facilities management, service user records’ administration, production of management information, support and provision of secretarial/administrative services, and other tasks required by management to support effective frontline delivery of service.
