WEE MINDS Christmas parties today at our base in Ladyburn! The little ones had great fun making Christmas crafts with Mummy- lots of self soothing and self regulation, play time and toys, music, and lovely food and drinks followed by a special Christmas gift WEE MINDS supports good mental health and wellbeing for infants and young children up to Age 3yrs and their parents. What a big surprise we received yesterday when Billy, Katrina, Gillian, Allan and Lewis from the Fitzgerald Centre dropped in to see us with a full bus load of beautiful gifts, toys, baby clothes, toiletries, games, books, and many other great items for the Little Box of Love at Christmas appeal! A pleasure to meet with our network colleagues- the Board Trustees, volunteers and staff of Inverclyde Family Contact Centre today at our base in Ladyburn Business Centre as we delivered a training workshop on play as communication for children affected by a range of psychological difficulties and challenging life circumstances, and as we highlighted the ways in which we work with parents and carers to support the whole family around the child.
