Good morning from our base at Ladyburn Business Centre in Pottery Street( next to the Cottage Cafe)...Friday coming up!
What does that look like today?...
WEE MINDS infant and parent together special play sessions( age 0-3yrs) promoting good early child development and peri-natal mental health for parents.
11am and 1.30pm
Play Therapy children age 3-18yrs- individual sessions where medium to complex difficulty is identified and support delivered by a qualified trained professional therapist.
Sessions continuous throughout the day.
Play therapy with children with additional support needs/ neurodivergance- via Autplay sessions facilitated by a qualified therapist
Intensive Family Work sessions am and pm today with parents of children and young people affected by neurodivergence, trauma, family breakdown, refugee, disability, challenging behaviour.
Mind The Gap sessions today - individual one to one support with no wait time for children and young people who are currently sitting on waiting lists for other services, or who have saught support from agencies where they do not meet their criteria/ or have been offered short term intervention for complex difficulty and seeking further support.
Check in appointments for parents seeking help- no wait- instant support with one of our trained qualified Family Workers...
Individual confidence building and wellbeing sessions for teenagers...
Volunteer fundraising team- meet today to plan our upcoming Family Easter Fete on 28th March..
2 of our 3 University students on placement today receiving practice placement education...
Supervision sessions delivered by qualified staff to external network partners and individuals in our community.
