15-18 Year Olds Individual 0ne To One Sessions

Sometimes life can be difficult for teenagers...challenges with school, college, work...upset or confusion in peer relationships, troubles at home...poor self esteem, lacking confidence and direction, affected by grief, loss, or trauma...need to speak to someone?

At Mind Mosaic Child & Family Therapies we see young people age 15-18yrs for individual one to one sessions here at our base in Ladyburn Business Centre for confidence building, self esteem work or where more intensive Counselling is required.

We will provide a safe, consistent, reliable and confidential space for you at our base in Ladyburn Business Centre and you will see a highly trained experienced and qualified professional who will listen to you and help you find your way back to feeling better about yourself and life in general.

Referral to our service can be made by parents, carers, social workers, Headteachers, medical professionals, workplaces, HR depts, 3rd Sector orgs, network partners, or from young people themselves.
