BREATHING SPACE BENCH

Some pics we took this morning at the waterfront in Greenock of the beautifully crafted Breathing Space bench that has been made possible by our colleague Heather Still Health Improvement Senior from the Health Improvement Team Inverclyde HSCP; Inverclyde Council and colleagues from the Suicide Prevention group of which Mind Mosaic Child & Family Therapies are part of.

We are heartened that this bench will provide people with a space to stop, reflect, find info of helpful supports and just take a moment and a breath when feeling overwhelmed by life's difficulties
