GRANT FUNDING

Over the coming weeks we will focus on some of the truly amazing people and Grant funding organisations who support Mind Mosaic Child & Family Therapies and are key to enabling us to continue to deliver the mental health and wellbeing interventions that we can every day to children and families in Inverclyde.

Today we start with the RS MacDonald Charitable Trust- a wonderful organisation based in Edinburgh whose roots evolved from the Glenmorangie whisky family and continue to support charities across Scotland in a multitude of beneficial ways.

Thanks to the RS MacDonald Charitable Trust we have funding for 3yrs for a Play Therapist to work intensively at our base in Ladyburn Business Centre in Pottery Street with the most vulnerable children affected by abuse and neglect- children referred for complex difficulty who cannot necessarily articulate verbally what has happened to them.

This vital funder also supports its grantees and helps charitable organisations to develop their aims by providing access to the best training which they also fund and we have in the past year been privileged to receive-

 A 4 part residential course focusing on Sustainability training by the Social Enterprise Academy;

an 8 part Lasting Leadership course by Graeme Reekie;

 a Digital skills internship;

 and a 4 part Relationships Journey training delivered by Dr Suzanne Zeedyk-

all of which benefits the community and families we serve.

Thank you RS MacDonald Charitable Trust Edinburgh - we are extremely grateful for all your support- and inspired that you reach out above and beyond to your Grantees
