HUGE THANKS!
Huge thanks to Joanne McGeown; Jackie Doolan and staff and supporters from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Critical Care Unit at Inverclyde Royal Hospital for the fantastic donations toward our Little Box of Love at Christmas Appeal! We were delighted to meet these very caring ladies today at our base in Ladyburn as they arrived with dozens of fabulous gifts that will be distributed to Inverclyde children in need this Christmas. TRAINING WORKSHOP
A pleasure to meet with our network colleagues- the Board Trustees, volunteers and staff of Inverclyde Family Contact Centre today at our base in Ladyburn Business Centre as we delivered a training workshop on play as communication for children affected by a range of psychological difficulties and challenging life circumstances, and as we highlighted the ways in which we work with parents and carers to support the whole family around the child. Armistice Day our staff team will observe the 2min silence at 11am in our office at Ladyburn Business Centre as we remember the sacrifices that have been made for so many who lost their lives in the World Wars and later conflicts -and in support of their families affected by grief and loss and to the 176,000 veterans living in Scotland
