RELATIONSHIP JOURNEYS

Excitement today as 4 of our team head to Stirling to embark on the first of a 4 day training- Relationship Journeys- delivered in person by Dr Suzanne Zeedyk.

During this course we will explore more deeply the way that relationships work; why the relationships we first experienced as infants have such lasting effects on our emotions and behaviour and how these dynamics underpin attachment, trauma and adverse childhood experience.
