EMOTIONAL SUPPORT GROUPS

Our popular Superhero and Change and Loss Groups provide emotional support and enhance good mental health and wellbeing for children age 5- 11yrs and 12-18yrs in a safe, developmentally appropriate therapeutic environment.

Via the stories of the Superheroes young people face challenges head on- are supported as they work through issues such as grief and loss, family breakdown, bullying, poor self esteem, difficult peer relationships, chronic illness and disability, as they learn how to overcome difficulty; become autonomous, problem solve and build resilience...

Highways To Heroes groups are supported by Young Start and free to Inverclyde children and teenagers.
