 You are at your wits end with worry as a parent as to how best to help them and to the effect it is all having on your own mental health and wellbeing?

At Mind Mosaic Child & Family Therapies our track record of good outcomes, skill and years of experience is at the heart and core of mental health and wellbeing for young children and teens(0-18yrs) and their parents and carers.

We are an Inverclyde Charity and donation based service managed and delivered by highly qualified; Registered; trained and supervised practitioners, Play Therapists, Counsellors, and Intensive Family Workers, who know, understand and respond to the challenges and difficulties families face today.

We offer check in appointments for parents( and young people who self refer) - an initial no wait time appointment to call in to our base at Ladyburn Business Centre for a confidential discussion of the issue presenting and from there we can look together at the range of services and supports we offer such as-

Mind the Gap- self regulation self soothe immediate support sessions

Play Therapy- Intensive longer term therapy for medium to complex difficulty; trauma and deep rooted issues

Teen Counselling

Parent Carer Support delivered in one to one sessions tailor made to the family

Filial Therapy- Parent and Child together

Parent Carer Workshops

Superhero Groups for confidence building and self esteem;

WEE MINDS infant and parent groups focusing on early child development and parental post natal mental health and wellbeing;
